La separación de poderes, en lo que hace referencia a la Justicia, queda garantizada, aunque es una lástima que no se extienda al Ejecutivo, despolitizando y descolonizando la Administración, y al Legislativo, ya que el Congreso actúa como una marioneta al servicio del Gobierno socialista comunista.
