Nadie se puede molestar ante esta fría descripción de la realidad. Es imposible sentirse ofendido. Sánchez defendía la inconstitucionalidad de la amnistía y ahora la ha elaborado tal y como querían los delincuentes. En el momento en que se apruebe, cualquier gobierno con una mayoría parlamentaria podrá amnistiar a cualquier tipo de delincuente. El Código Penal depende del peso que se tenga en el Congreso para garantizar la gobernabilidad. Sánchez ha comprado el relato independentista, se ha cargado la separación de poderes y ha otorgado la inmunidad absoluta a los delincuentes hasta el extremo de incluir el terrorismo y la malversación.
