La derrota del sanchismo impedirá que pueda avanzar en el proceso de acabar con la independencia de la Justicia y silenciar o mediatizar a los medios de comunicación libres. Una victoria de Sánchez le servirá de justificación en su estrategia destinada a consagrar la prevalencia del Poder Ejecutivo por encima del Legislativo y el Judicial. No es una especulación o un temor infundado, porque hemos constatado su estrategia desde que llegó a La Moncloa. A estas alturas sabemos que quiere asaltar el Consejo General del Poder Judicial para nombrar jueces afines al sanchismo, como sucede con Conde-Pumpido, Segoviano, Campo, Díaz o Balaguer en el Tribunal Constitucional.
