El disparate ha llegado al extremo de leer o escuchar a personas que no han estudiado Derecho seguir a pies juntillas el argumentario monclovita. El Diccionario de la Academia Española se refiere a la palabra publicista indicando, en su segunda acepción, que es la «persona que escribe para el público, generalmente de varias materias». Podemos utilizar este término para definirlos o también el de propagandistas, porque no puedo incluir el tercero que es el «especialista en derecho público». Precisamente, esta ley se encuentra huérfana de expertos en esta materia que la defiendan. Hay quien dice, incluso, que los magistrados del Supremo no quieren aplicarla cuando han decidido elevar al politizado Constitucional un auto razonado planteando, precisamente, su inconstitucionalidad. La izquierda sanchista olvida que vivimos en un Estado de Derecho y que el Poder Judicial puede hacer uso de sus competencias, ya que no está sometido, todavía, a la arbitraria y caprichosa voluntad del inquilino de La Moncloa. Los que critican a los magistrados del Supremo son expertos gracias a Wikipedia y los argumentarios monclovitas o leguleyos.
