El Tribunal Constitucional, antes de la llegada de Cándido Conde-Pumpido, ha venido censurando que se introduzcan modificaciones legales utilizando proyectos o proposiciones de ley que no tienen nada que ver. Es un despropósito que refleja tanto el desprecio por el Poder Legislativo como la impericia de sus autores. Un buen jurista jamás actuaría de esta forma, pero vivimos tiempos en los que florecen en la izquierda radical personajes como el presidente del Constitucional, Segoviano, Montalbán, Díez, Balaguer, Urías, Pérez-Royo o Martín Pallín que son antes sanchistas que juristas. Por ello, no nos sorprendamos ante las futuras sentencias o pumpidazos que modifiquen la doctrina del Constitucional para ajustarla a los intereses de La Moncloa y sus aliados.
