RSS Feed En primer lugar, hay que insistir siempre en la presunción de inocencia que tiene cualquier persona. Es muy desagradable declarar, aunque sea ante el juez más amable del mundo. Hay que acudir tranquilo y con la total certeza de que nadie puede sentirse indefenso, porque goza de todas las garantías que otorga nuestro sistema judicial que es, por cierto, uno de los mejores del mundo. No lo digo por patriotismo, sino con pleno conocimiento de causa. Nuestros jueces no son políticos, sino profesionales al servicio de la legalidad. A pesar de que algunos sean defensores del uso alternativo del Derecho y promuevan una justicia popular controlada por los poderes Ejecutivo y Legislativo son, afortunadamente, una exigua minoría. Nuestro modelo de carrera profesional garantiza la independencia que establece la Constitución y que debería incluir a la Fiscalía. Es un modelo que desagrada al sector más radical de la izquierda política y mediática. La sobreactuación que estamos viviendo estos días, con la causa que afecta a la mujer del presidente del Gobierno, es un auténtico disparate.
